Black Friday Festival – Early Info for Makers

We’re so excited to tell you more about Pop Shop Houston Winter Festival! It’s our third year and we have grown so much. This is the first year that the festival moves to being 3 days! We’re also adding more bands, fashion shows, art, and fun stuff to do. So here’s the skinny.

Pop Shop Houston takes place
Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Sunday November
at Silver Street Studios
2000 Edwards Houston, TX 77007

You can RSVP here or Purchase Workshops Here. The 2000 Edwards space is where Pop Shop was located last November. In May, we were in the backside of the building, a completely different area.

The space has corrugated metal walls so it’s not possible to hang any artwork. Potential vendors will need to build walls out of peg boards, wood, use vinyl or cardboard as a backdrop. Sounds intense but look at all these creative options. Want to see more awesome booth ideas? Check this out.

Set up starts the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and finishes the morning of Friday November 28th. Spaces for makers are limited to handmade & vintage high quality products, tech projects, art, and fashion. Pop Shop is juried to insure quality but we respect all artists at every level. If you haven’t applied yet, you can do so here.

All makers will get access to wifi, free coffee and breakfast in the mornings, and will be listed on the Pop Shop Houston website here.
